We will be holding a Top Student Assembly where we recognise those students who have achieved top of their subject. We will also recognise those students who have had 100% attendance for Semester 1.

We will be holding a Handover Assembly to welcome the new Students Councillors and Prefects and to thank the outgoing Year 12 Prefects and those Student Councillors not returning to the role. The assembly will commence at 11.30am in the gymnasium.

Last Day for Year 12 General Students will be Friday 22 September. ATAR students will be required to attend until their ATAR Exams are completed.

Year 12 Presentation Evening
Oct 27 @ 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm
A light supper will be provided for students and their guests at the Hilltop Café from 4:30pm until 6:30pm during the gown collection. Guests are asked to be seated in the gym, and students assembled outside the gym, by 6:45pm. We will cater for up to four people per student to attend as guests on the night, however, we will try to accommodate extra guests if any seating becomes available. Should you wish more guests please email Sophie.trefort@education.wa.edu.au for the request and we will inform you if this could be accommodated. Please do not attend if you are unwell.
Due to a change in our Photographer for the Presentation Evening, Bliss Studios (who do the photos at the ball) will be attending to take photos. We ask that all students arrive at 4.30pm or as close as possible to that time so that they can get into their gowns and have individual photos taken by the photographer. These photos will take place in the PAC, after the individual photos have been taken there will be an opportunity for family photos. We do ask that you partake in the light supper which will be provided at the Hilltop Cafe till 6.30pm.
Information will be in student graduation folders regarding how to purchase photos, but their pricing is very reasonable.
