The NSHS P&C will be holding an Open Day on Saturday 8 September at the High School from 10am – 3pm. Some of what is on offer: * Information Sessions on Educational Pathways: Study tips and Exam Stress Management & PPP ‘Raising Responsible Teenagers’ * Extension Testing for 2019 Yr 7 intake… * School and Residential College Tours * Market, Food and Craft Stalls * Hilltop Walk treasure hunt and showbag * Miniature train rides * Rocket launches and dissections * History hunt and maths puzzles * Art & Photography displays * Waffles and Coffee in the Hilltop Cafe * Musical Performances and buskers * Face painting, storytime and children’s activities The School Council Meeting, will be held in the Administration Office Conference Room, commencing at 7pm.
Year 9 students who nominated to go to Canberra, will depart on Thursday 20 September for 9 days, returning on Friday 28 September. Whilst they are away they will visit some of the following sites, and lay a wreath at the Australian War Memorial.

Students involved in Sports Academy, will participate in the Sports Academy Cup, which will be held at the YMCA, during periods 3 – 6 (11am – 3.00pm). Notes will go home with the students closer to the date.
The Sports Academy Parent Committee will be holding a meeting at Duke of York Narrogin commencing at 5.15pm.
Last Day for students will be Thursday 13 December, school will recommence on Monday 4 February.
Those students who were elected Year 12 Prefects for 2021/2022 will be headed off for their Prefect Camp to partake in leadership activities.
Make sure you pop in and enjoy lunch with your friends and be served by the Hospitality students.
This is a Leadership and Teamwork Camp for Prefects. The aim of this activity is to build their capacity as leaders and encourage them to work as a team. It also aims to build strong working relationships with staff and fellow Prefects.
